Clay Shaw's Meeting with Priest

Clay Shaw had a secret meeting with a priest days after his arrest, and days before his preliminary hearing. Does anyone know who arranged it, and who the CIA employee was who is indirectly connected to the whole affair? It is an interesting tidbit indeed.
