Why Is Dentistry So Much More Consumer-Friendly Than Medicine?
Why is going to the dentist so much more pleasurable than going to a medical doctor? The personnel in a dentist's office, from start to finish, are so much more consumer-friendly than those at a doctor's office. And so is the dentist.
But why? Is there some difference between the two professions that medicine could learn from?
